1. Service Provider Role
Garuda Holiday operates as a travel planning and booking assistance service. We arrange travel-related services such as holiday packages, flight bookings, hotel reservations, sightseeing, transfers, visa assistance, and travel insurance through trusted third-party suppliers.
All bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, availability, and policies of the respective airlines, hotels, embassies, insurance providers, and local service partners.
2. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after:
- Payment is received (full or partial as required), and
- Confirmation is shared by Garuda Holiday via WhatsApp, invoice, or written communication.
Prices shared in quotations may change until the booking is confirmed due to airline fare changes, hotel availability, seasonal demand, and supplier updates.
3. Payments
Payments must be made as per the invoice or quotation provided by Garuda Holiday.
- Advance payment may be required to block flights, hotels, or services.
- Final payment must be completed before the travel date as per the schedule shared during booking.
Garuda Holiday is not responsible for cancellations caused due to delayed or incomplete payments.
4. Package Inclusions & Exclusions
All inclusions will be clearly mentioned in the itinerary/quotation shared during booking.
Unless specifically included, packages do not cover:
- Personal expenses (shopping, laundry, minibar, etc.)
- Meals not mentioned in inclusions
- Tips, porter charges, and driver allowances
- Extra sightseeing or activities not listed
- Entry tickets unless mentioned
- Early check-in / late check-out charges
- Any additional transport outside itinerary
- Additional baggage charges or airline fees
5. Changes in Itinerary & Services
Garuda Holiday may make changes to the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances such as:
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Road closures
- Flight delays/cancellations
- Hotel or supplier operational issues
- Local strikes or transport disruptions
In such cases, we will try our best to provide the nearest suitable alternatives. Refunds are not guaranteed in such situations.
6. Flight Bookings
Flight bookings are governed by airline rules and policies.
- Fares are subject to change until tickets are issued.
- Cancellations, rescheduling, and name corrections depend entirely on airline policy.
- Garuda Holiday is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, missed connections, or baggage issues caused by airlines.
7. Hotel Bookings
Hotel bookings are made as per availability.
- Room images shown online are for reference only.
- Check-in and check-out timings are as per hotel policy.
- Any damages, additional services, upgrades, or extra person charges must be paid directly to the hotel.
Garuda Holiday is not responsible for changes made by hotels due to operational reasons.
8. Visa Assistance
Garuda Holiday provides visa guidance and documentation support based on embassy requirements.
However:
- Visa approval is completely under the control of the embassy/consulate.
- Garuda Holiday does not guarantee visa approval.
- Embassy fees, visa fees, and service charges are non-refundable once processed.
- Processing times may vary depending on embassy workload and policies.
9. Travel Insurance
If travel insurance is arranged, it will be issued through a third-party insurance provider.
Garuda Holiday is not responsible for claim approvals, rejections, settlement amounts, or claim timelines. All claims must be processed directly with the insurance company as per their terms.
10. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary based on the service booked and the supplier’s rules.
- Flights, hotels, visas, and package services may have different cancellation charges.
- Refunds (if eligible) will be processed only after confirmation from the supplier.
- Garuda Holiday may charge service fees for processing cancellations or modifications.
Refund processing timelines depend on supplier procedures and may take time.
11. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing correct details including:
- Passenger names as per passport/government ID
- Correct travel dates and destination details
- Valid passport, required documents, and visa requirements
- Compliance with airline baggage rules and travel rules
- Reporting on time for flights, check-ins, and tour pickups
Garuda Holiday is not liable for losses or delays caused due to incorrect details provided by the customer.
12. No-Show Policy
If the customer fails to travel or does not appear for:
- Flight boarding
- Hotel check-in
- Tour pickup
it will be treated as a no-show. Refunds may not be applicable in such cases.
13. Limitation of Liability
Garuda Holiday is not responsible for:
- Personal injury, accident, illness, or death during travel
- Loss of baggage or personal belongings
- Delays due to weather, political issues, or natural disasters
- Supplier failures beyond our control
Our responsibility is limited to the service fee charged by Garuda Holiday (if applicable).

All website content including text, images, banners, and design elements are intended for informational purposes. Unauthorized copying, reuse, or distribution is not permitted.
15. Updates to Terms
